Baby Knitting

I have been knitting like crazy and wanted to post a photo or two of the little bear that I've made, it's not done yet because I have to embroider on its face, which I can't really do until I get home from Arizona. . . any way here are the photos:

Soon I will have more photos to show of the baby kimono sweater and blanket that I'm working on.

Chocolate Dress

Okay, so this really isn't for home decorating, but it's something that I've been working on, so I thought I would post some photos of my work. There was a "Chocolate Inspired" fashion show in Colorado Springs that was open for the public to enter their designs into so I decided to get to work and make a chocolate cake dress:

This is the finished product on the cute little model that they provided for me. You can't really see it very well in this photo, but I hand-embroidered the "icing" on the top tier of the dress and the "seeds" on the strawberries are hand-embroidered too.

Me and Rory before we went into the show. I was glad to be done with all that hard work!
